La ville de Bakhmout dans l’est de l’Ukraine, au coeur des combats depuis des mois et menacée d’encerclement par l’armée russe et le groupe paramilitaire Wagner, pourrait tomber «dans les prochains jours», a mis en garde mercredi le secrétaire général de l’OTAN.
